Image Sports did a pretty decent job with 4D pump as a pre-workout supplement. Its main focus being on the focus and energy categories. They do have a proprietary blend on their label which I don’t like to see, but at least it is mainly the stimulant dosages that are hidden from us. They are a lot easier to make an accurate guess at. By the looks of things, the roughly 240 mg of caffeine should certainly get you up and moving, along with some Tyrosine and Yohimbe tossed in the mix. Probably not the best choice for a beginner, but nice amounts for someone with a bit more tolerance.
To boost your strength, they give a nice size dose of Creatine (3g) so you won’t really need to add any more to your regimen. For endurance, they include a number of NO boosters like Glycerol, Glycine, and Agmatine. And one last thing that is great to see included in a pre-workout supplement is some form of recovery boosting ingredients, which 4D has like Glutamine, and Carnitine too. A solid product overall, a tiny bit more expensive than some competitors but still easy to fit into a budget.
