The person I would most recommend this to is someone using it for more athletic activites. The additional energy, focus and endurance will certainly improve your gam – and its great to see these benefits supported by the other ingredients (not just a bunch of stims, followed by a crash). But for someone doing more of a bodybuilding routine, I think there could be a better choice out there, one that tells you how much Creatine, and Beta Alanine your actually getting in each dose. Like Scream, or Assault. Overall, still an effective product for a reasonable price.
First up we have the Value rating. Coming in at about $34.99 per container, making it about $0.87 per serving. This is a pretty reasonable price, but if you start to need more than 1 scoop, it may not be quite as good. This may not be a good option for the stimulant fan who will need those 2 scoops.
Next up, we have energy and focus. It also does really well in this category with 150mg of caffeine per scoop. They’ve also thrown in Taurine, Tyrosine, and a wide variety of B Vitamins to help you stay on track at the gym. Based on user reviews, it definitely ups your game.
In the endurance category, Juggernaut still does pretty well. It uses a combination of those B Vitamins, Taurine, and Tyrosine along with Beta Alanine. They’ve also included a great electrolyte blend. Here’s where the big difference from the original Juggernaut comes in though; The old version used to contain a some whey protein which is rich BCAA’s and other useful aminos for improving endurance and recovery. The new version, does not.
Strength Gains- 8
In the strength category, Juggernaut is a bit difficult to rate. The Creatine sources that they do include in the formula are certainly some of the highest quality available, but the actual dosage is hidden within the proprietary blend. That is why you see the 1-2 grams of Creatine mentioned on the rating image above. The Beta Alanine also helps out in this category, by allowing your muscles to push for longer periods of time and promoting growthg
And finally the taste and mix. The new Juggernaut seems to be fairing quite a bit better than it’s original in the taste category, but there is still room for improvement. The Red Raspberry flavor coming through with the most positive feedback so far. And no problems reported with mixing.
