Ripped Freak does a great job of helping you push hard through your workout using Beta Alanine, and an electrolyte blend for hydration. But it does kind of leave you hanging after the workout; what I mean by that is- It doesn’t include any ingredients that help to repair your muscle more quickly, which would actually improve your endurance as well. Overall I would have loved to see a better product like the ripped freak fat burner, but they haven’t done as well in the Pre-workout category thus far. For me it was just too expensive but if it were just a little cheaper, I would have liked it and used it more. If you’re new to pre workouts, I prefer you choose another product like assault or no xplode.
Currently 45 servings of Ripped Freak Pre-Workout will cost you $40 on BodyBuilding.com. It’s expensive if you consider the max recommended dose is 2 scoops and you are still not getting enough of most of the ingredients. I would have like it better if it were $30 less. But if you can afford it then good for you, you may like this product.
I really felt a big energy rush because of the 200mg Caffeine per serving. The best thing about this product is that its not just a fat burner, but an energy booster for athletes. The methyl gallate ester found in the Ripped Freak formula provides a natural time-released effect, and therefore users will not experience a crash in energy, which is common with many other fat burner products. Trust me, the first time you take this, you’ll feel the rush.

Ripped Freak Pre-Workout doesn’t have any creatine ingredient, so you may take an additional creatine if you want. The Beta Alanine helps out in this category by allowing your muscles push even longer than they normally would, and makes your skin tingle. Although not crucial to a pre-workout supplement, I also like to see Betaine HCL to boost this rating, which Ripped Freak doesn’t have.
The Blue Raspberry flavor taste maybe fine but i think for some it’s too sweet. Even though the directions state to drink 1-2 scoops in 8-12oz of water that was just too much drink for me for this flavor.
